Chicago Style Deep Dish

We have been told that you can't find a better one west of Chicago. Why don't you be the judge? Ours is 12 inches in diameter with a thick bread-like crust, topped with a layer of real mozzarella cheese and up to four toppings of your choice. We then add a thick layer of sauce with chuncks of tomatoes that is unbelievably delicious and lightly top it with our 5 cheese blend.

Chicago Style Double Crust

This pizza is 14 inches in diameter and has two layers of cheese inside along with your choice of up to four pizza toppings. Then we add a second layer of dough and on top of that we put a homemade pizza sauce along with a few herbs. It all gets cooked to a golden brown.

Italian Style Stuffed Pie

Our Stuffed Pie is an authentic Italian pizza made famous in Chicago Pizzerias. It is 9 inches in diameter with crust over the top as well as the sides and bottom. It has two layers of cheese inside and up to three pizza toppings of your choice. The sauce comes on the side so you have as much or as little sauce as you like.

Italian Loaf

This looks like a loaf of french bread, but inside it's filled with a symphony of sauteed vegetables and garlic. For the meat lovers we can also add pepperoni. The blend of these two flavors will excite your taste buds. This loaf is served with a side of pizza sauce. Sorry, no half and half.
